Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can submit a request via your customer account. You can also contact us at info@malagoon.com. Returns should be sent to: Angstelpark 604, 3631 NA Nieuwersluis, The Netherlands.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive further instructions. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-day cooling-off period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 14 calendar days. We also refund the standard shipping costs from your original order. Additional costs for a more expensive shipping option that you selected yourself will not be reimbursed.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Contact us at info@malagoon.com if more than 14 calendar days have passed since we approved your return.
